In few words • In general good and fast service. The low score is because I lost my bus + train ticket because they were on strike. No minimum services (just for hospital they say). They also mocked me while I was pedaling on my way to the station (I had to use a bike). So this review engulf also the cab drivers. I can understand a wait. But I cannot understand no service to railways, airports, etc. I didn't use any kind of Uber before, but from now on I will only use this if it is in my hand. Such a shame for Taxi Zaragoza.

On February 17 at 6:1 p.m., I called to reserve a taxi for 7 am on February 18. When I told the telephone operator the location, I told her a store, and she told me that I had to tell her the street number and floor, and He hung up the phone on me. I called again to give the complete address....this lady is very unfriendly and moody. February 18 at 7:00 a.m. The taxi doesn't arrive, I call (after waiting 10 minutes on the phone) a very unfriendly lady (I assume the same one from yesterday) tells me yes but there is no taxi available, so ? What do I reserve for? When I tell him, he hangs up the phone, I will never call this cooperative again.

Today I requested a car to pick up my mother who is quite elderly. It took more than 40 minutes to arrive. Impossible to talk to the switchboard to ask the waiting time and not have to be on the street waiting longer. When the driver finally arrived, he also spoke to him with a lot of disrespect. I don't think we will use the service again.

Last March (almost a year ago) for approximately 45 minutes I was waiting for a taxi whose service I had requested by phone; When another free one arrived, I accessed it and called to notify headquarters, there was no way to locate anyone. After a while (I remember my 45 minute wait) they called me a couple of times, but I picked up and they couldn't hear me (my phone worked correctly) Yesterday, when I called to request a taxi again, the telephone operator was very unpleasant "reminding me" on more than one occasion and in a reproachful tone that in March I did not get to use the taxi they sent me, which to this day I continue without knowing where it appeared. I'm sorry but those are not the ways.

What a disaster of service. The person who answers you on the phone is unpleasant, answers in a very aggressive manner and does not give you solutions. They can't tell you how long it takes for a taxi to arrive to pick up someone in a wheelchair!!!!! But what service is this???? Can't you call the people on duty and see if anyone is available? Certainly do not call this number if you want service.

Today's service is disastrous, I ask for a car at 8:30 in the morning for 3:00 p.m., because I have a train at 3:45 p.m. and when 3:00 p.m. arrives the taxi doesn't come, I call them and they tell me that Zaragoza is collapsed, that they don't give me the service unless I'm looking for my life and that if I miss the train it's not their problem, the telephone operators are inept, of course, and from today onwards I will neither ask for more services nor recommend them, on the contrary. The answer does not help me, I was able to find a taxi on my own (there were many that were free in Spain) who told me that your excuses were not true, if you do not know how to manage a service requested from 8.30 in the morning, do not dedicate yourself to this. By the way, the telephone operators are poorly educated. No Renfe train had delays or collapses, I'll leave it there. Nothing more to say.

Whenever we go on a trip, we ask for a taxi here, fast and efficient service. The gas station also has good prices and the pressure water car wash is strong and lasts long enough to clean the entire car.
